What are Polygons

Polygons are closed figures made by joining line segments, where each line segment intersects exactly two others.

There are two main types of Polygons:
(1) Regular Polygons
(2) Irregular Polygons

A regular polygon is one whose sides are all the same length and whose angles are all of the same size, e.g. an equilateral triangle
